Welcome to the Department of Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry established in 1981, has been flourishing till date under the dedicated teamwork of teachers. The department was upgraded to UG level in 1998 with the introduction of restructured course in B.Sc. Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry. Now we offer First Degree Programme in Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry.
We have been able to contribute a notable number of well qualified graduates to the Science community. We always try to give our students the best, in reverberation with modern developments and trends in Science. We provide our students an excellent, comprehensive education of the Principles of Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry including rich Laboratory experience within the curriculum.
Our students have been securing places among the top five ranks in the University Examinations. In extracurricular activities also our student won prizes.
